To receive a verbal report from the Parish Council Clerk

5. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

5.1 To consider purchasing a replacement public notice board for the corner of Downsmead

6. CORRESPONDENCE

To consider the following correspondence received since the last meeting and to determine what, if any, action should be taken.

6.1 MCAMF, Invitation to Planning Seminar on 30 November at the Town Hall, Marlborough

6.2 Countryside Alliance, letter regarding rural Post Offices

6.3 SLCC, Regional Conference on 8^th December in Bristol

7. SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. Please bear in mind that no decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.

After this period the meeting will be resumed.

8. FINANCE

8.1 To discuss and agree the budget and precept for 2007 - 2008

8.2 To sign a cheque for the Clerk’s remunneration for the period 31st July – 29th October

9. VILLAGE MaTTERS

9.1 To discuss the tender for grass cutting in the village

9.2 To discuss litter picking
