PARISH COUNCIL MEETING, MONDAY 26th MARCH 2012

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To record any declarations of interest relating to matters on the agenda.
3. MINUTES OF THE LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To approve minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on the 19th March 2012.
4. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.
5. PLANNING
To notify members of decisions on any outstanding application and responses to communications regarding planning applications.
5.1 E/2011/1636/FUL - Planning Appeal - Erection of single dwelling with associated parking. New access and parking to serve No 1 Ermin Street, together with associated works. (Resubmission of E/2011/1267/FUL).
6. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
6.1 To elect a Vice Chairman.
6.2 To receive a Traffic Calming Working Group, (TCWG) report.
6.3 To receive a report from the Marlborough Traffic Seminar and agree Baydon’s level of involvement.
6.4 To agree village storage requirements.
6.5 To discuss Jubilee activities:
a. Possibly moving the current Jubilee Stone
b. Planting on the Parish Field
c. Gazette & Herald grant
6.6 To agree Parish Council policy regarding financial grants.
6.7 To receive a report on the informal BYPA/BPC meeting and agree next steps.

7. FINANCE
7.1 To agree a change to the Financial Responsible Officer.

7.4 To receive the bank funds reconciliation statement for February 2012.
7.5 To discuss a request from the Baydon Parochial Church Council for financial assistance towards the repair of Baydon St. Nicholas Church Roof.
7.6 To discuss a request from the BYPA for a matched funding grant of £1,900.00 towards window and door repairs in the BYPA hall.
7.7 To approve Parish Assembly arrangements for the 18th May 2012.

9.1 To discuss a requirement for a Baydon Automatic External Defibrillator – After village consultation.
9.2 To discuss a proposal for a fence along the northern boundary of the playground – May Meeting.
