4. MINUTES OF LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 2nd April 2007
5. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
5.1 To consider the tenders for the grass cutting contract
6. SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. Please bear in mind that no decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.
After this period the meeting will be resumed.
7. FINANCE
7.1 To agree to add Mr Haythornthwaite & Mrs Grove as signatories to the Parish Council’s bank accounts
7.2 To approve the following payments :
Baydon St. Nicholas Primary School, Hall Hire for Parish Assembly £48.00
Baydon PO & Stores, Cheese & Wine for Parish Assembly £29.76
Liz Knight, Petty Cash £50.00
