EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

You are summoned to attend the above meeting.

 

AGENDA

1.      APOLOGIES

Apologies from the Clerk who is on Annual Leave. Cllr Billington is also on holiday.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members are reminded that at the start of the meeting they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered, and also during the meeting if it becomes apparent that they have an interest in the matters being discussed.

3. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. After this period the meeting will be resumed and members of the public may only speak when invited to do so. 

4. PLANNING

a)  Application:          17/04260/FUL

Location:                Baydon Cote, Aldbourne Road, Baydon SN8 2HZ

Description:            Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 1 No. 4 Bedroom dwelling house and associated works              

    Comments:            To be received by 14th June.             

 

5. RESIGNATION OF THE CURRENT CLERK AND PLANS FOR RECRUITMENT OF A NEW CLERK

Charlotte Booth gave notice of her resignation as Clerk and Proper Officer of Baydon Parish Council on 2 June 2017. The Council needs to agree next steps.

 

6. BAYDON LITTLE CRICKETS PRE-SCHOOL REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Council has received a request for financial help, along with supporting information and accounts. The Council must decide what help they are willing or able to give, if any.
