3.      MINUTES OF LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 3rd September 2007

4.      SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. Please bear in mind that no decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.

After this period the meeting will be resumed.

5.1         To discuss the BMX Bike Track project

5.2         To discuss the provision of allotments

5.3         To discuss jobs to be undertaken by the Parish Steward on his next visit on 4th October

To consider the following correspondence and to determine what action, if any, should be taken

6.1         Wiltshire County Council, Prioritisation of Applications for Modification Orders

6.2         Invitation to official opening of The Corner House Children’s Centre

6.3         Kennet District Council, notice of Regulatory Committee meeting to consider application for alterations to wall & gateway, and diversion of bridleway 11 at Baydon House

7.      Finance

7.1         To approve payment of the following:

Baydon St Nicholas Primary School invoice 03/07 for £48

Smiths of Derby, invoice 23686 for £192.70

Don Carmichael £48, reimbursement of Baydon St Nicholas Primary School invoice 02/07

Elizabeth Carmichael £804.88, reimbursement of Timbercraft Carpentry Ltd invoice 0168
