To receive any Declarations of Interest. Members are reminded they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered in this agenda.

3              PUBLIC QUESTIONS
To receive any questions, comments or representations from the public. The meeting will be suspended for a maximum of 15 minutes. No decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.

After this period the meeting will be resumed and members of the public may only speak when invited to do so. 

4              MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To confirm and adopt the minutes of the meeting held on 15th January 2018 as a correct record.

7              CLERKS REPORT
To note the verbal report from the Clerk.

8              ALDBOURNE ROAD SIGN MOVING
To receive a verbal update from the Clerk for the breakdown in cost for the Aldbourne sign moving.

9              PLAYGROUND UPDATE
To retrospectively approve expenditure to ARD playgrounds for £145.50 from the playground maintenance budget (£150 remaining) and to receive a verbal update from the Clerk.

10           PLANNING APPLICATIONS
To consider the following planning application:

Address:             
Turf Run, Aldbourne Road, Baydon, Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 2HZ
Proposal:             Creation of a new vehicular access and installation of an electric gate. The full explanation can be found in the attached Design & Access Statement.
