4.      MINUTES OF LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 7th July 2008

5.      SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during public question time. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

6.      PLANNING

6.1     To consider the Parish Council’s response to the following planning matters:

1)      application K/58950/F which proposes the substitution of plots 16-19 of the approved planning layout of application K/53477/F. Ref. Land between Fortune Field & Baydon Cote.

2)      application K/59080/TR2 to fell three small trees at 3 Ash Terrace

3)      appeal against the refusal of planning permission for the erection of a wind turbine at Baydon Meadow

7.      CLERK’s REPORT (For information only)

8.      ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

8.1     To discus and agree the remit of the Allotments Liaison Officer

8.2     To agree how to manage allotment queries between meetings

8.3     To review and consider the list of tasks for the installation of the water & fencing that the Allotment Association are willing to undertake   

8.4     To agree the risk assessments for the installation of the water supply and the rabbit proof fencing

8.5     To consider whether the recommendations from the Working Party, that have already been agreed by the Parish Council, should be endorsed by the Allotment Association

8.6     To approve the administration procedure

8.7     To review and update the Parish Council’s Risk Assessment

8.8     To consider amendments or changes to Standing Orders

8.9     To discuss the Traffic Calming Working Group and consider assigning it to another Councillor

9.      CORRESPONDENCE

To consider the following correspondence and to determine what action, if any, should be taken

9.1     Various letters from residents regarding the allotments

9.2     Letters from St Nicholas School regarding the paddock
