To receive any questions, comments or representations from the public. The meeting will be suspended for a maximum of 15 minutes. No decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.

8 CLERKS REPORT
To note the verbal report from the Clerk.
9 BENCH REFURBISHMENT
To approve the quote for £195.00 (Ex VAT) from Idvere for the refurbishment of the bench on the junction with Downsmead and Aldbourne Road. Cost to be met from general reserves.
10 PLAYGROUND CONTRACT
To approve the contract for 2018/19 from Idverde for the playground inspections and litter bin collections. (copy attachment available - click here ).
11 SCHOOL PARKING
To receive a verbal update from Cllr Chidgey regarding the School parking.
12 VILLAGE FETE RAFFLE TICKETS
To consider the expenditure of up to £70.00 for the printing and delivery costs for the village fete. Costs to be met from the donations budget (£200.00 remaining).
13 WW1 COMMEMORATIVE TREES
To receive a verbal from Cllr Chidgey update regarding the WW1 Commemorative Trees.

Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 of planning application 17/04260/FUL (demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 1 No. 4 bedroom dwelling house and associated works).
Decision: Approved with Conditions
