3. MINUTES OF LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To approve minutes of the Parish Council planning meeting held on 14 December 09.
4. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

8.1 To receive a report on progress towards the weatherproofing for the Downsmead notice board.
8.2 To receive a report on the cost of 30mph stickers and to reconsider the purchase.
8.3 To receive a report on the Speed Limit Review Report
8.4 To receive a report on the village gates grant application.
8.5 To consider the replacement of missing ‘Welcome to Wiltshire’ sign
8.6 To receive a report on the cost of hedge planting on the Parish Field.
8.7 To receive a report on the water supply grant application.
8.8 To consider the repair of the Parish Field fence and the removal of hedge debris.
8.9 To review the condition of the track leading up to the Parish Field.
