minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 30 November 09.
4. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR
PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
The
meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the
Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period
the meeting will be resumed.

PLANNING
To notify members of decisions on any outstanding
application and responses to communications regarding planning applications.
5.1
Baydon House – Proposed diversion of Baydon 11 and extinguishment of
Baydon 1 bridleways.
