3. MINUTES OF LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

 

To approve minutes of the Parish Council planning meeting held on 6th September 2010.

 

4. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

 

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

7. PLANNING

To notify members of decisions on any outstanding application and responses to communications regarding planning applications.

 

 

8. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

 

8.1        To receive a Traffic Calming Working Group, (TCWG) report.

 

a.    To consider purchasing a ‘Park & Stride‘sign.

b.    To agree the updated TCWG Terms of Reference.

 

8.2        To receive a report from the Fireworks Working Group.

 

8.3       To receive a report from the Marlborough Community Area Board, (MCAB.)

 

a.     To note the raised MAB SID request.

b.     To discuss the option for an extra grit store within the village.

 

8.4       To receive a report from the Marlborough and Villages Community Area Partnership, (MAVCAP.)

 

8.5        To agree the proposed Parish Council meeting dates for 2011.      

 

8.6        To agree the letter to Redcliffe Developers regarding the ‘private ‘play area.

 

8.7        To agree the proposed Baydon, St. Nicholas School gift.

 

8.8        To receive a report on the status of the Parish Field.

c.     Allotment area – To approve the installation of a rabbit proof fence.

d.     To discuss the unused allotment allocations.

 

8.9        To consider applying to the Wiltshire Council, Parish Improvements Grant Scheme.

 

8.10      To consider participating in the Wiltshire Council, Great Green System.

 

8.11      To discuss the use of cycle helmets within the village.

9.2        To receive the bank funds reconciliation statement for September 2010.

 

9.3        To approve the second quarterly budget report.

9.6        To agree the village gates insurance payment.

 

9.7        To discuss the 2011/12 Precept budget.
