4. MINUTES OF LAST PARISH
COUNCIL MEETING
To approve
minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 7 September 2009.
5. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR PUBLIC
QUESTION TIME
The meeting will
be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No
decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting
will be resumed.
6. PLANNING
6.1 To consider
the Parish Council comments on the following applications:-
E/09/1174/TPO
South of Barley Fields – tree maintenance
E/09/1176/FUL 3
Ash Terrace – single storey extension
7. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
7.1 To consider
and approve Parish Council replies to letters received regarding the proposed
allotments and play area, following notices in the Newbury Weekly News and
Scene in Baydon.
8 FINANCE
8.1 To approve
last salary payment to Mrs E Carmichael
