Notice of Meetings
To:- Councillors Michael Edmonds, Alison Tomkins, Tamsin Witt.
You are summoned to attend meetings on 7 September at the BYPA Hall, Manor Lane, Baydon
A Police Surgery, led by PC Batchelor, will commence at 7pm. Fifty minutes has been scheduled for this meeting at which residents are welcome to attend and raise their concerns and observations.
The Parish Council meeting will commence at 8pm following this Surgery if the above timetable is met. In the event of the Surgery finishing earlier the Parish Council meeting will follow after a break of ten minutes.

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.
