3.      MINUTES OF LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 12th January 2009

4.      SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during public question time. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

5.      PLANNING

5.1       To consider a response to application E/09/0006/TPO, Shalom Manor Lane, for works to 2 lime trees **

5.2       To note any planning decisions received (For information only)

6.      Finance

6.1       To endorse any payments made between meetings

6.2       To approve payment of £8.73 for printing 250 vacancy leaflets

6.3       To review the Sodexho contract, the current budget for grass cutting and payments made

6.4       To consider and discuss the Annual Returns for 2006 -2007 and 2007 -2008 **

7.      ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

7.1       To consider what financial details are to be published on the website

7.2       To consider a response to the draft Wiltshire Council Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report **
