1              APOLOGIES
To receive apologies. 

2              DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To receive any Declarations of Interest. Members are reminded they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered in this agenda.

3              PUBLIC QUESTIONS
To receive any questions, comments or representations from the public. The meeting will be suspended for a maximum of 15 minutes. No decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.

After this period the meeting will be resumed and members of the public may only speak when invited to do so. 

4              YOUTH GROUP PRESENTATION
To receive a presentation regarding the Mobile Youth Club.

5              MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To confirm and adopt the minutes of the meeting held on 31^st July 2017 as a correct record.

6              POLICE REPORT
To note the Police report received on 07 August 2017 and 04 September 2017.

7              CORRESPONDENCE
To consider the following correspondence.        

                07 August 2017 – E-mail from Mr Prior regarding planning application E/2012/1575FUL

8              CLERKS REPORT
To receive a verbal report from the Clerk.

9              COUNCILLOR VACANCY
To discuss and agree recruitment for the co-option of a Parish Councillor.

10           BAYDON WESTERN GATEWAY
To consider a response to the letter and plan from Highways regarding the gateway at the western end of the village. The proposal is to renew the existing paintwork with the addition of countdown markers on the approach road to the western end of the village.  

11           FIREWORK DONATION
To consider the request from Mr Jim Grove, Baydon Firework Group.

12           CHRISTMAS EVENT
To agree a date and arrangements for the Christmas Carols event.

13           LITTER PICK
To agree a date for the next community litter pick.

14 ITEMS IN THE BAYDON SCENE
To consider the next items for the Baydon Scene magazine.
