SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION
TIME
The meeting will be suspended to
allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made
by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

Finance
6.1 To endorse any payments made between meetings **
6.2 To note the completion of the P46 form
6.3 To approve payment of the clerk’s remuneration for 11 May – 28 June **
6.4 To approve sections 1 & 2 of the Annual Return & the Bank Reconciliation Report **
6.5 To consider and approve the Asset Register **
6.6 To endorse the completed accounts for the Baydon Village Plan, to note the receipt of unused funds and to sign a cheque for the funds to be repaid to Community First **
6.7 To note that the clerk is not being paid monthly by bank credit transfer as per the terms of her contract and to consider what action to take
6.8 To discuss the registration of the Baydon.org domain name and to consider re-imbursing Mark Austen £18.38 for the next 2 years renewal
6.9 To consider expenditure that could be funded by applying for a Community Cleansing Grant
6.10 To consider the Parish Council’s contributions to the annual village fireworks display

7.6 To nominate a representative for the Marlborough Area Board
7.7 To consider a response to the Wiltshire Council Statement of Community Involvement Consultation (deadline 3 July) **
7.8 To discuss the adoption of the Parish Plan
7.9 To consider approving the amended Administration Procedure dated 19th June 09
