The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

9.2 To receive the bank funds reconciliation statement for August 2010.
9.3 Annual Return - To consider through-year internal audit procedure as identified by external auditor.
9.4 To make arrangements to meet Jane Collett to discuss internal auditing.
