BAYDON PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the Meeting held at the BYPA Hall on 4th February 2013

PRESENT: Cllr Andrew Knowles (Chair), Cllr Philip Dore, Cllr Alison Tomkins, Cllr Kevin Howell, County Cllr Tamsin Witt and 35 members of the public.
1. APOLOGIES None
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Cllrs agreed to formally declare an interest in the precept decision and was agreed that due to role being undertaken then it was with the publics interest.
Cllr Witt made a personal reference to 6.4 for living opposite; Cllrs agreed this had no implication.
3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
The minutes of the Parish Council meeting held previously have been deferred till next meeting
4. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
4.1 - Caravan & tent nearing
Baydon Hole Farm and now soil dumped. Chairman to follow up again. Action: Cllr
Knowles
4.2 - Development of the pub, update from Andrew Lloyd read out
4.3 - Reduction of parking raised as a concern by a number of villagers lengthy discussions and the Chairman out of interest asked for a show of hands, village representatives were in favour of opposing application to be heard later in the meeting.
4.4 - County estate management. Ideas for advertising forward to A Lloyd. Queries ref. gents toilets/extension/pub usage/car park/beer garden/concern needs money spent on interior/ability for prospective tenants to do this.

To notify members of decisions on any outstanding application and responses to communications regarding planning applications.
