3. MINUTES OF THE LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To approve minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on the 16th January 2012.
4. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.
5. PLANNING
To notify members of decisions on any outstanding application and responses to communications regarding planning applications.

6.1 To elect a Vice Chairman.
6.2 To receive a report from the Marlborough Community Area Board.
6.3 To receive a Traffic Calming Working Group, (TCWG) report.
6.4 To discuss the requirement for village bins:
a. Public village recycling bins
b. Village wheelie bin.
6.5 To agree Parish Council policy regarding financial grants.
6.6 To discuss and agree whether Baydon Parish Council should investigate the options for playing a role in the running / refurbishment of the BYPA Hall or not.
6.7 To agree a date for ‘Beating the Bounds’ – 2012.

7. FINANCE
7.1 To approve payments between meetings:

7.3 To receive the bank funds reconciliation statement for January 2012.
7.4 To agree the annual grass cutting contractor.
7.5 To approve the 2012/13 Allotment rents.
7.6 To approve increment two of the Aldbourne Youth Worker for £500.
7.7 To discuss the Church & School Summer Fete 2012 raffle request.
7.8 To discuss Baydon Diamond Jubilee arrangements and costs:
a. MCAB grant form

7.9 To agree the Clerk’s Salary grade for 2012/13.

9.1 To discuss a requirement for a Baydon Automatic External Defibrillator – After village consultation.
