Minutes of Planning Meeting held at the BYPA Hall on 1 June 2010

PRESENT: Cllr Tony Prior (Chair), Cllr Michael Edmonds, Cllr Alison Tomkins, Cllr Tamsin Witt and 1 member of the public.

1. APOLOGIES – None.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – Cllr Tomkins declared a personal interest in item 5.2.

3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

The minutes of the ordinary meeting on 10 May 10 were approved.

4. SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting was suspended so the member of the public could speak to the Parish Council.

5. PLANNING

5.1        E/10/0613/FUL – Erection of a fence in rear garden 3.5m high, Brookfield, Manor Lane, Baydon. After discussion, the Cllrs agreed to forward no objection.  Action: Clerk

5.2        E/10/067/FUL – Plot 19, Newton’s Walk, addition of external chimney breast. After discussion, the Cllrs agreed to forward no objection.       Action: Clerk

5.3        E/10/0403/CLP – The Clerk informed the Cllrs that the application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for 30 Downsmead had been refused.
