Deferred to normal February meeting on 18th.

4. SUSPENSIONOF MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.
