3. MINUTES OF LAST PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

To approve minutes of the Parish Council planning meeting held on the 17th January 2011.

4. SUSPENSION OF MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

6. PLANNING

To notify members of decisions on any outstanding application and responses to communications regarding planning applications.

6.1        E/11/0088/FUL – Hazelbury Farm, Gore Lane, Baydon. Erection of triple garage with playroom over –alternative roofing material to that approved by E/10/1522/FUL.

6.2        E/11/0130/FUL – Hazelbury Farm, Gore Lane, Baydon. Extensions and alterations – Alternative roofing materials to that approved by E/10/1511/FUL.

7. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

7.1        To receive a Traffic Calming Working Group, (TCWG) report.

a. To receive an update regarding Baydon Community Speed Watch.

b. Mouchel Report status.

7.2        To receive a report from the Marlborough Community Area Board, (MCAB.)

7.3        To receive a report from the Marlborough and Villages Community Area Partnership, (MAVCAP.)

7.4        To discuss arrangements for the Baydon Royal Wedding Celebrations

7.5        To discuss recent issues with village recycling arrangements.

8.3        To approve the Play equipment insurance premium.

8.4        To select a village grass cutting supplier for 2011.

8.6        To receive the third Quarterly Budget Monitoring Report.   

8.7       To discuss the purchase of new external Christmas lights and timer.
