1 APOLOGIES
To receive apologies.

2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To receive any Declarations of Interest. Members are reminded they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered in this agenda.

3 PUBLIC QUESTIONS
To receive any questions, comments or representations from the public. 

            The meeting will be suspended for a maximum of 15 minutes. No decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.

After this period the meeting will be resumed and members of the public may only speak when invited to do so. 

4 MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To confirm and adopt the minutes of the meeting held on 14th May 2018 as a correct record.

To consider the following correspondence.

            06 May 2018 - Email from Mr Prior relating to questions about the parish council finances.
22 May 2018 - Email from Mrs Archer relating to traffic not using the chicanes properly
02 June 2018 - Email from Mr Prior relating to questions about the parish council finances.
12 June 2018 - Email from Mr Dominy relating to grant funding for the firework event.
18 June 2018 - Email from Mrs Archer relating to school visitor blocking the chicane.

     5.1 To note all future correspondence sent to the council will be put into the public domain stating date, name and content subject and will appear within agendas and minutes unless specified otherwise by the sender.

6 PARISH COUNCIL INSURANCE
To note the parish council insurance renewal from Ecclesiastical Insurance.(copy attachment available)

7 MINUTES FROM PARISH ASSEMBLY
To confirm and adopt the minutes of the Parish Assembly on 12th May 2017.

To consider the following planning application:

9 ASHBURY NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
            To consider and respond to the pre-consultation submission of the draft Parish of Ashbury Neighbourhood Plan.

10 FINANCE REPORT
To approve the finance report. (copy attachment available)

11 2017-18 YEAR END
To review and approve the 2017-18 Year End documents. (copy attachments available - item 11a, item 11b and item 11c)

12 ANNUAL GOVERNANCE and ACCOUNTABILITY RETURN 2017/18
To sign and approve the Annual Governance and Accountability Return.

13 PLAY GROUND INSPECTIONS
To note the e-mail and attached playground inspection report from Idverde. (copy attachment available)
