1. COMPLETED MATTERS

 

New Hedging for Parish Field (9 Jun ’08) – Hedging procured and awaiting installation.

Parish Field (11 Jan ’10) – Fence repaired.

 

MAVCAP Web Site (15 Feb ’10) - Response forwarded

 

PAWG(15 Feb ’10)  met 22nd Feb ‘10

 

Redcliffe Development Planning – (15 Feb ’10)  Written to Wiltshire Council planning officer, Chairman attended planning meeting. Formally requested Enforcement Officer attend site. Replied to Wiltshire Council regarding street lighting for new development.

 

Baydon 1 – ROW formally extinguished and replaced with Baydon 30.

 

Marlborough Area Board –(15 Feb ’10)  Raised speeding issue and requested Community Speed Watch assessment.

 

Bus Services – (15 Feb ’10) Canvassed village opinion and responded to Wiltshire Council.

Missing Welcome to Wiltshire Sign (11 Jan ’10) –Requested WC to supply

 

Street Lights – (15 Feb ’10) Reported non-working lights

 

 

2. ONGOING MATTERS

Removal of Mound on Parish Field (10 Mar ’08) – to be considered as part of Parish Field development.

Water Supply for Parish Field (19 May ’08) –   Letter sent to residents regarding closure of the lane prior to any work commencing.  Pipe work scheduled.

30mph Speed Limit Stickers (11 Jan ’10) – Approved, awaiting purchase Action TW

Gates Grant Applications – Applications approved, awaiting procurement an installation

Revised Standing Orders (7 Jul ’08) – Development to be progressed.

Parish Improvement Grants Scheme (29 June ‘09) - Review improvement grant information and attend workshop as necessary       Action: Cllr Witt

Manor Lane/ Ermin Street visibility   One quotation obtained to date. Two more required. Action ANP

Footpath signage Checks and recommendations to be made Action ANP

Blocked drains in Aldbourne Road  Checks to be made Action ANP

Weatherproofing Downsmead notice board  Approved, awaiting quotation/ordering.
