1. COMPLETED MATTERS

Park & Stride Signs (28 Jun’10) – Parish Council withdrew request for signs.

Playbuilder Play Equipment –  Playbuilder money and planning approval were confirmed. Phase 1&2 equipment has been ordered. Lottery grant has been applied for, to fund Phase 3.

Parish Gate Insurance (06 Sep’10)   – Added to the Parish Council insurance.

Parish Improvement Grants Scheme (2010) – Agreed not to pursue 2010 grants.

Parish Council meeting dates for 2011(18 Oct’10) – Agreed and circulated.

The Redcliffe Development – Play Area (18 Oct’10) - Letter sent to Redcliffe and response received.

The 2011/12 Budget/Precept (8^th Nov’ 10) – Completed and forwarded to Wiltshire Council.

2. ONGOING MATTERS

Public Open Space Study (8^th Nov’ 10) - Ongoing

Footpath & Ermin Close signs (18^th Oct ’10) - Ongoing

Baydon, St. Nicholas School donation (18^th Oct’10) – Awaiting final details.

Highways Authority Survey (28 Jun’10) – Traffic Calming Working Group to draft letter.

Membury Businesses (26 Jul’10) – Write to Membury Businesses regarding speeding traffic in village.

BAYDON 29 (28 Jun’10) - Written to Wiltshire Council, Rights of Way Officer requesting information, awaiting response.

BAYDON 11 (28 Jun’10) - Written to Wiltshire Council, Rights of Way Officer requesting review, awaiting response.

Removal of Mound on Parish Field (10 Mar ’08) – to be considered as part of Parish Field development.

Footpath signage Checks and recommendations to be made Action ANP

Blocked drains in Aldbourne Road Checks to be made Action ANP

Revised Standing Orders (7 Jul ’08) – Development to be progressed.
